SDLT e-Submissions
The product of the moment is Laserform's new SDLT e-Submissions module for instant submission and validation of SDLT forms, accurate status tracking and immediate SDLT5 production.
Even when the HMRC site is down, you can still use Laserforms to create the SDLTs and e-submit them. The submissions will queue until the site is live again.
The system helps practices comply with HMRC’s mandatory time limits from completion of transaction to submission of SDLT, therefore the avoidance of financial penalties becomes much easier.
e-Submissions is accessed from within LFM9.2. New clients can choose to purchase e-Submissions with Laserform’s SDLT forms only, or the entire forms library.
LitPro, ConPro and ProbatePro
The latest unique products, LitPro, ConPro and ProbatePro, are just three examples of how Laserform remains at the forefront of the industry by providing sharp solutions for the industry’s growing needs. The procedural checklists for litigation, conveyancing and probate, ensure that key steps are taken at the right time in the right way, minimising mistakes.
