Barbara joined CS Group in April 2000 prior to its flotation in August 2000 and has been a key member of the turnaround team. She has over twenty-five years of accounting and general management experience and her focus is financial operations and the integration of acquisitions.
Barbara was previously UK Head of Finance for Roberts Pharmaceutical Corporation and was part of the Shire/Roberts merger task force. |

David joined CS Group in July 2005 from Solution 6, a leading global supplier of software to the professional services sector, where he was a Managing Director Europe. Prior to this he spent 11 years with Tyco International in a number of senior management positions.
David has extensive experience of marketing, sales, finance, management consulting and acquisitions and is responsible for Group operations. |
