| Martin Leuw Group Chief Executive |

Martin joined the main board of IRIS in May 2001. Before joining the company, Martin was Chief Executive of a venture capital backed
e-Healthcare business servicing primary care and the pharmaceutical industry, a business, which he successfully sold in January 2001.
Prior to that, Martin was on the Executive Policy Group of PPP Healthcare Group plc and Managing Director of Access 24, an award-winning Medical Communications Centre, which he grew to become a leading provider of patient support and loyalty programmes to the pharmaceutical industry, as well as an advisor to the NHS.
Martin has a BSc (Hons) in Management Science from Manchester University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
In July 2006, Martin was named Entrepreneur Of The Year in the Technology & Communication category in the Southern regional final of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year programme. |

| Neal Roberts Group Finance Director |

 |
Neal joined the main board of IRIS at the beginning of April 2005. Before joining IRIS, Neal worked in the technology sector for eight years as Group Finance Director of both public ('Guardian IT Plc') and private companies.
He was formerly at Sunguard and prior to that held the position of Finance Director of Specialist Computer Holdings, which is the largest privately owned information technology group in Europe with revenues in excess of £1.6 billion p.a. and compound growth rates of in excess of 35% p.a. Neal also has considerable experience of HR, acquisitions and new financial systems design and implementation projects.
Neal qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Birmingham, after completing a law degree at Warwick University. |

| Stephen Duckett (Hellman & Friedman) - Non Executive Director |

 |
Stephen is a Partner with Hellman & Friedman based in London. H&F is one of the leading investors in software globally and is currently investing from their sixth fund of $8.4 billion.
Stephen’s investment focus for H&F is on software, information services, technology and internet related companies in Europe. Stephen was previously a Managing Director of ICG, a publicly quoted US venture capital investment firm and prior to that spent many years with Apax Partners, again focused on software and technology investments.
Stephen is an alumni of Oxford University, from which he has a first class MA in Engineering, Economics and Management and of Harvard Business School, where he was awarded an MBA with Distinction and was a Fulbright Scholar.

| Luca Velussi (Hellman & Friedman) - Non Executive Director |

 |
Luca is a Director at Hellman & Friedman in the London office. Luca was active in the Firm's investment in IRIS Group Limited and Computer Software Group. He serves as a Director of IRIS Software Group Limited.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Luca was employed by Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst in London where he led the investments in Aster City Cable and Premier Foods plc. Previously, he worked in the Principal Investments Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co in London.
Luca graduated from Princeton University and from the HEC School of Management in Paris and is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

| Alex King (HG Capital) - Non Executive Director |

 |
Alex has seven years' experience of TMT private equity and venture capital. He was previously with Kennet Capital where he led investments in the software, semiconductor and Internet services sectors. He started his career at Spectrum Strategy Consultants, an advisor to companies across the TMT sector.
Alex’s lead or co-lead investments have included Computer Software Group plc (sold together with IRIS Software for £500 million in 2007), Chipidea Microelectronica SA (sold for $150 million in 2007), and Accountview BV. He was also involved in the investments in Visma, SHL and PBSG. Alex is a director on the boards of Rolfe & Nolan and IRIS.
Alex has an MSc from the London School of Economics and an MA from the University of Cambridge.

| Executive Team - Peter McNaney Group Chief Information Officer |

Peter joined IRIS in March 2005 from Pivotal Corporation, a market-leading author of Customer Relationship Management systems across a broad range of industries.
Peter started his career as a Software Engineer with Smith Industries Aerospace and Defence, before moving onto specialist software vendors working on the provision of sales, marketing and customer service systems. Peter also worked for a business unit of the Royal Bank of Scotland as Development Manager for their internal systems.
Peter has over twenty years of experience in the IT sector focusing primarily on project management and IT governance. As CIO for IRIS, he is responsible for all aspects of the group's internal information systems applications, development and Information Technology strategy. |

Stuart joined IRIS in September 2005. Before joining the company, he ran the EMEA Operations for RedPrairie, a venture capital backed global provider of supply chain software.
After studying Electronic Engineering, Stuart has spent most of his career in the software industry where he has held senior positions in sales, marketing and general management in both private and public companies.
Stuart is responsible for the IRIS Accounting & Business Solutions within IRIS. |

| Executive Team - Robert Salvoni MD, IRIS Accountancy Practice Solutions |

Robert was appointed as the Managing Director of IRIS Accountancy Practice Solutions in January 2007.
Prior to IRIS, Robert was a Director at BT, where he built up BT’s Wholesale Service Provider business, as well as launching and running a series of telecoms ventures, including BTOpenworld - the UK’s first Broadband ISP, a billing company and a joint venture with Unisys.
Before BT, Robert was an Army Officer. Following his training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he was commissioned into the Royal Signals, and served in both the Regular and Reserve Forces across the globe. He holds and MBA from Nottingham University.

Ian joined the IRIS Executive Management team in September 2007, and brings with him exceptional business experience.
Prior to joining IRIS, Ian held a number of CEO/MD and senior Sales and Marketing roles in the UK and Europe in both publicly traded and privately held companies within the telecommunications and technology/IP industries.
These roles included VP Sales and Marketing for major European integrator NextiraOne (formerly part of Alcatel), Divisional CEO for Novar PLC, EMEA VP for Lucent Technologies (now Avaya Communications) and MD roles at the Cable & Wireless Group.
Immediately prior to joining IRIS, Ian was CEO of Exony, a UK-based software vendor focused on value-added applications for the enterprise contact centre market, where he led the company’s rapid growth.
Ian has an MA (Hons) and an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, and spent his early career in the oil and gas industry.

Catherine joined IRIS in September 2007 from the Sage Group PLC.
Catherine started her career in legal insurance and then went on to specialise in setting up and running large contact centres mainly in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors.
Before joining Sage she worked as a management consultant.
During 11 years with Sage Catherine held various positions; Sales Director where she grew the business from 20 to 120 million and latterly as Customer Services Director looking after 500 staff.
Catherine is responsible for the IRIS Payroll & HR Solutions division and telesales for IRIS.

Arlene joined IRIS in July 2007. Prior to IRIS Arlene was CEO of Valista, a venture capital backed global payment software company.
Arlene spent 8 years at Sun Microsystems where she was UK Sales Director.
She has also held senior business management positions in IBM.
Arlene has a First Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management.

Gary joined IRIS in August 2007. As CTO for IRIS, Gary is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s technology and product development strategy.
Gary has over 30 years experience in software development as a software engineer, manager and executive building software products ranging for volume shrink wrap operating systems to large scale distributed enterprise applications.
Prior to joining IRIS, Gary was responsible for product development at Misys Banking Systems, a leading global provider of banking solutions.

Barbara has been with IRIS since April 2000. She was previously Group Finance Director of Computer Software Group plc from flotation to the merger with IRIS Software Group in July 2007 and has been instrumental in the acquisition and integration of sixteen companies in the past three years.
Barbara was voted 2007 Finance Director of the year at the recent Quoted Company Awards.
